Golf clubs and facilities across Leicestershire and Rutland are being invited to take part in Midlands Golf Week 2013. The week long festival which sees thousands of would-be golfers take part in open days, free taster sessions and offers is due to take place from 12th-21st April 2013. Open assessment days for talented golfers aged 9 to 15 years are being run across Leicestershire and Rutland in September. You dont have to be a member of a golf club or have a handicap to apply. Open to all 9 to 15 year olds that are not in county coaching 2012/13. Please click on County Academy Program for how to apply.

Greenfield Primary School from Blaby & Harborough won both the Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 Tri-Golf School Games Super-Series Final titles at Western Park Golf Club on June 13th.
